Below are the approximate delivery times for different destinations: <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Americas: <\/strong> DHL shipping: 2 to 7 business days<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>EUROPE:<\/strong> DHL shipping: 4 to 9 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Rest of the World:<\/strong> DHL shipping: 4 to 12 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The merchandise is shipped within the next 48 business hours after the purchase is made. Office hours are from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday and only on business days. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The User must enter the delivery address of the purchased merchandise. Alternatively, if the User does not indicate a specific delivery address, the merchandise will be sent to the billing address declared by the User.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The User will be responsible for any error, inaccuracy or lack of data, in the indicated destination address, or in relation to the person authorized to receive the shipment, which results in the impossibility of delivering the merchandise to the destination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>SHIPPING COSTS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The User may, before making the purchase, consult the estimated shipping cost using the quote on the Site. The information provided by the quote is for guidance purposes only, and does not constitute a formal quote issued by THE COMPANY. It is possible that there are differences between the amounts indicated by the quote and the final shipping costs, and\/or extra charges not contemplated by the calculator may apply. The estimated costs provided by the quote will take as reference the destination address entered for the calculation; If the User indicates a different delivery address when completing the purchase, the shipping charges may vary substantially according to the new delivery location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shipments from Argentina to other countries will be made under the \u201cDelivered at Place\u201d (DAP) modality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DAP (Delivered at Place): The seller delivers when the goods are loaded on the means of transport in which they arrived, and are available to the buyer, ready to be unloaded at the stipulated destination. The seller must clear the goods for export and the importer is responsible for completing customs clearance and paying any customs import fees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If payment of the tax corresponds, the Courrier will contact the email or telephone number provided by the importer at the time of purchase to collect the customs tax.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RETURNS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">If you wish to make an exchange or return, we remind you that the item must be in perfect condition, including its packaging.<strong>If the customer has purchased two or more products, they can request a partial refund, clearly requesting the amount to be refunded.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To process your request we will need you to provide us with some information about the purchase and the reason for the exchange\/return so that we can also evaluate your purchasing experience.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Remember to do it within 15 days of receiving the order.
