Refund policy

If you wish to make an exchange or return, we remind you that the item must be in perfect condition, including its packaging.  If the customer has purchased two or more products, they can request a partial refund, clearly requesting the amount to be refunded.

To process your request we will need you to provide us with some information about the purchase and the reason for the exchange/return so that we can also evaluate your purchasing experience. 

Remember to do it within 15 days of receiving the order. Write us an email at ventas@grantotem.com with your request, indicating your name and order number and we will respond within 24 to 48 business hours.

REFUND

We make refunds in the same payment method that you used when placing your order. To do this, once the return has been received and reviewed, we will proceed with the refund. At that time, we will send you a confirmation email. The refund will be made within a maximum period of 10 days. Refund due to: Fraudulent or unauthorized transaction, the amount charged on the customer's invoice is not the same as that shown on the website, and duplicate charges – within 5 days of notification of the charge.
